Slow cooked belly pork, honey soya, sesame seeds with straw vegetables
Creedy Carver duck, pak choi, dauphinoise potatoes with cherry sauce
Seafood bouillabaisse with linguine and rustic bread
Vegetable and vegan mozzarella filo strudel, tomato coulis and basil oil (v)(vg)

Chateaubriand sharer for two, slow roasted tomato, field mushroom and garden salad. Choice of potato - fries, jacket or buttered new potatoes and sauce of your choice, pepper, mushroom, or Stilton (gf)

Desserts

Selection of ice creams or sorbets (vg*)

Chocolate cheesecake with Cointreau
Caramelized apple parfait and cinnamon toffee sauce
