Check in and check out:
Check in from 4pm to 10pm (unless by prior arrangement)
Check out time is 11 am
Cancellation policy:
Bookings can be cancelled by 12 noon, 48 hours prior to arrival free of charge. Bookings cancelled within the cancellation policy will be charged for 1st night only
Children and extra bed policy:
Children and families are welcome to stay. A number of our rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Please feel free to bring your own travel cot. We have a limited number of Z beds available at £20.00 per person per night. Please request these at time of booking as subject to availability
Credit cards:
The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard & Amex. Diners Club is not accepted
Damages:
An additional cleaning cost will be applied in the event of damage to linen and/or any furnishings. Should a room require excessive cleaning, appropriate charges will be made. Any additional damage to property within The Bull Hotel will be at the cost of the guest
Internet:
WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge
Parking:
There is no onsite parking at The Bull Hotel. Parking spaces can be found in the town market place, the church side of the High Street and the town car park just a few minutes stroll from The Bull. More information is available at Reception
Pets:
Dogs are not allowed in the hotel bedrooms or dining areas however we welcome them in our bar
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the hotel. We have 2 open courtyards located at the front and rear of the Inn for those who wish to smoke
Room keys:
Please leave room keys at Reception if going out for the day and at check out. Lost keys will be charged at £35.00
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
VAT at the current rate is included
Service charge is not applicable
City/tourist tax is not applicable
Accessible information:
All of the bedrooms at The Bull Hotel are accessed via stairs, being a listed building there is no lift access to the guest rooms
